Inspections are available Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

If you are scheduling an inspection on behalf of a contractor and need access to a particular permit, please have the contractor email: dsd@maricopa-az.gov with written authorization. Email must include the following information:

• Permit Number
• First and last name of person authorized to schedule inspections
